My Kids Listed My House on

Mariah was hospitalized for health issues, and her children, Leah and Liam, rented out her house on Airbnb without her knowledge. When Mariah found out, she devised a plan to teach them a lesson.
Mariah was in the hospital for a check-up when her friend Liz informed her that her house was listed on Airbnb. Confused, Mariah confirmed it and decided to confront her children. “What?” I asked, completely confused. “What are you talking about?”
Leah and Liam thought renting the house was a good way to make extra money. Mariah, hurt by their actions, decided to teach them a lesson. She had her friend Denise book the house, and then Mariah secretly returned home to pack away all the appliances, leaving the house empty except for an old toaster.
When Leah saw Mariah had returned, she was shocked. Mariah revealed she knew about the Airbnb listing and had removed the appliances. Leah apologized, explaining they were trying to make extra money. Mariah forgave her but emphasized the importance of trust. “You can’t do this. If you and Andrew need money, you come and talk to me about it.”

Mariah’s creative lesson highlighted the importance of communication and trust within a family. She turned a potentially negative situation into a valuable teaching moment.
