ADORABLE TWINS Twins tied the knot
There is a certain relationship that forms between identical twins that the link of other types of siblings just can't fathom. The Deane twins, a set of identical sisters who have lived together their whole lives, are a prime example of this. They are identical twins who are married and who work for the same legal company. They even dress alike!
Like themselves, the Deane sisters have always wished to wed their identical twin brother. That, however, was easier said than done.
Even biological twins experience life together.
Twin sisters Brittany and Briana Deane are from Salt Lake City, Utah. Brittany and Briana spent a lot of time together, as do many sets of twins. They had similar interests, dressed similarly, and attended the same schools.
"Most of our life's milestones have been shared," Briana said. "Age milestones, first driving permit, graduation." And instead of attempting to differentiate themselves, the twins played the similarity game and still saw themselves as "two halves of a whole" today.
"Brides of Culture"
As a kind of "twin culture," Brittany and Briana really enjoy losing themselves in it. Instagram users may mistakenly believe they are seeing a reflection of themselves as they browse through their feed. They even go to extremes like going on "double dates" (a term for when two people wear the same type of clothing and have the same haircut).
Because of how close they were, the twins intended to remain housemates as adults! It was unthinkable to them that they would ever be apart. "We've achieved so much as a team," Brittany said. Although it's simple to grow up as twins, maintaining that bond as adults is a whole other ballgame...
One common dream is to get married to one of one's twin brothers.
The Deane twins have had a unique aspiration ever since they were little. As identical twins, they each aspired to wed one other. Brittany expressed her deep love for the idea of marrying twins in an interview with PEOPLE magazine.
"I remember going to kindergarten with the twins and knowing that this is our life goal from the time we were little girls." However, it is easier said than done to make this ambition a reality. How can we know that the other twin will adore his sister, even if the first twin went for the male twin?
After they were separated, it was a very tough experience.
Forcibly separated once, Brittany and Briana shared everything, sewed each other's clothing, and slept in the same bed. They were apart for a few years while they attended legal schools. During those challenging years, the twins "felt alone for the first time" in their lives.
They vowed to one other that they would never be apart again after this horrible incident. The sisters are still close and even share an office at a legal business. They were dead set on finally realizing their lifelong ambition of being married and sharing a home together. Their hope of being married as twins, meanwhile, faded as they entered their 30s...
There was a very little chance.
The likelihood of an identical twin marriage being consummated was very minimal, Briana and Brittany came to the realization. "We were aware the likelihood was extremely low," Brittany said. For our dreams to come true, the stars had to align.
Brittany and Briana were trying to improve their odds by increasing the amount of time they spent interacting with the twins on social media. They attended and posted about twin-specific events on Instagram quite a bit. They were far from fortunate... At the festival of their dreams in 2017, the twins crossed paths with another set of twins.
The Deane twins, Brittany and Briana, were born in the USA, specifically Salt Lake City.
